Professor Chen is a world leading scientist in the multi-disciplinary fields of complex systems, computational science, applied math, and chaotic dynamics. He is currently editor-in-chief for several well-known journals including International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, IEEE Circuits and Systems Magazine. Professor Chen holds a Chair Professor and is the director of the Centre for Chaos and Complex Networks, City University of Hong Kong.
