THE GRAND SCOTIA BALL

The University of Ballarat Pipe Band proudly presents one of the Ballarat social occasions of the year. A night of fun, dancing, prizes, entertainment by the Band and dancers, and the always entertaining 'Address to a Haggis' by Robbie Burns.

The 2010 Grand Scotia Ball

The 2009 Grand Scotia Ball was a huge success; the biggest ever, drawing over 340 guests. Although next year's event is not planned as yet, come back frequently to find out more. There is every chance that next year's Grand Scotia Ball will be a sell out, with numbers likely to be capped at 350. The details for the 2009 Ball, below, will form a guide to next year's event in general terms:

Venue: Bray Raceway – Redan (click for Google Map)
Band: TBA
Cost: $60.00 per person (TBC) and includes a two course meal, gourmet haggis and a wonderful night of entertainment. Feel free to bring nibbles.
Drinks: Bar facilities operating (no BYO please)
